Newspaper from the American West is a photographic tour of the western states of the United States. The book takes the form of a diary, dialoguing with the many local newspapers that the photographer has collected along his journey. His images, as well as those in the newspapers, compose a microcosm of people and landscapes - sometimes familiar with the mass representation of the West, sometimes unexpected and poetic.

Antonis Thédoridis was born in Drama in 1984. His love for travel led him to the world of photography, while his love for photography led him to the world of art. He studied photography at the University of Hartford, USA, and was a Fulbright Foundation Scholar in New York. Since then he has lived and worked in Athens. His book Newspaper from the American West by Agra Publications is his first publication.
